Dear Future Customer,Yes, we have decided that we will open our doors at 2pm on 19th June, 2009...THIS FRIDAY! Although all of our shelves are not bulging yet, we are a little sick of being trapped behind that paper on our front windows and so just thought what the hell! We still have oodles, and when we mean oodles we mean store rooms and store rooms full, of all sorts of weird, wonderful and useful books that are still to be processed, but this way our "what the hell" opening will coincide with the launch of this year's Northern Exposure Festival. Check the website for more details but it's a unique art crawl along High Street, for which installations are displayed in shop and cafe windows. We have arrived too late to be involved this year, but when we popped over to the Wesley Anne for dinner last night and spotted someone setting up in i Saluti it looked pretty amazing.
