Tomorrow is a new day and a new year.

We now have stock of the 3CR 2010 Seeds of Dissent Calendar which we are selling for $22.00.

It includes a whole 12 months worth of radical historical dates and is illustrated by the works of twelve radical Australian artists -Arlene TextaQueen, Deborah Kelly, Bindi Cole, Adam Hill, Tom O'Hern, Mitch, Jo Waite, Rayna Fahey, Tom Civil, Jacqui Brown, Lachlan Conn and Paul J. Kalemba.

"Looking forward and looking backward, each artist has chosen a different part of society we need to address today in order to achieve a just future for all" -a very positive way to plan your year!!

Our Pledge -remain fresh.

The week before last we completed three weeks work in two days and extended our shop by 3 metres. Children's is twice the size and pretty much every other section has been rearranged and expanded or given room for expansion.

As a result we have oodles of space to fill so we have made a pledge to process at least 4 boxes of books a day between today (11/11) and Christmas Eve -that means at the very least 172 boxes of fresh goodies to rifle through for gifts and beach reads! Freshies will include collectibles, hardcover fiction and art, nostalgia, children's, mixed non-fiction and just about a bit of everything that we've been hoarding out the back...

We will also be doing book features and gift idea updates via this blog and twitter if you're interested.

Stay tuned for extended trading hours.
